Specific modifications to The PickUp will limit ridership to 50 percent of maximum capacity in order to assist riders in maintaining social distance. Properly worn masks will be required to board and may not be removed while aboard trolleys. Modifications may impact service efficiency and frequency of PickUp timetables.
Please note that until further notice our hours of operation on Friday and Saturday will be 8 PM – 1 AM. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring my pet onboard?

Our top priority is to give all riders a comfortable, clean and safe riding experience. Given this, you may bring your dog as long as your pooch 1) is well-trained and 2) won’t freak out if another dog comes aboard. Respecting these guidelines will enable The PickUp to continue welcoming your furry friends.

Can I make suggestions about the service?

Of course you can! We love to hear from our riders. You can send your comments via email to thepickup@weho.org or through our social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
