Does The PickUp run on special holidays?

We do! In addition to our regular Friday and Saturday service, The PickUp runs from 8pm-3am on the following special holidays:

  • St. Patrick’s Day
  • Cinco de Mayo

Can I bring my pet onboard?

Our top priority is to give all riders a comfortable, clean and safe riding experience. Given this, you may bring your dog as long as your pooch 1) is well-trained and 2) won’t freak out if another dog comes aboard. Respecting these guidelines will enable The PickUp to continue welcoming your furry friends.

What’s The PickUp Perk Program?

Riders of The PickUp enjoy perks that make switching from car to trolley well worth it. VIP entry to The Abbey means no waiting in line to get into the world’s most famous gay bar. Hugo’s has one free appetizer with entrée for PickUp patrons and Yogurt Stop offers 10% off your order to riders. Riders getting off at Fubar get their first drink for just $1 and a stop at Here Lounge gets PickUp riders half off their first drink. Micky's offers free priority entry to riders and patrons of Rage can get 1/2 off any regular price drink before 11pm.  Taking advantage of these perks is easy—just hop on one of my trolleys for a ride and grab a perk card (located just inside the entry). Then just whip it out at any of the participating businesses listed below, and enjoy!

If your business would like to offer a perk to The PickUp Line riders, contact thepickup@weho.org.

How do I get a Perk Card?

Perk Cards are available as you board the trolleys. Feel free to take as many as you’d like!

Can I make suggestions about the service?

Of course you can! We love to hear from our riders. You can send your comments via email to thepickup@weho.org or through our social media pages on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
